A message from the Managing Director of Barry and Fitzwilliam, Michael Barry

The Corona Cork Film Festival is a really special event for the city and for cinema buffs.

We are very proud of our association with the film festival, and to partner with them in bringing an exciting mix of feature films, short films and documentaries to an appreciative audience.

The imaginative nature of the offerings, which are the hallmark of the Festival, are a good fit for lovers of the Corona Extra brand who appreciate the Extraordinary!

During these challenging times for the arts and for business in general Barry & Fitzwilliam is pleased to stand by its commitment to the Festival once again this year, supporting it through its title sponsorship and rolling out a strong communications strategy to promote the Corona Cork Film Festival nationwide and encourage people to come to Cork, and to party in Cork!

We are fully supportive of the Festival board, management, excellent staff, and especially the volunteers. We applaud the efforts of the myriad filmmakers and patrons who rally around to bring remarkable film, sociability and fun to the city.

Cork has a vibrant artistic community and in these challenging times cinema affords us all the opportunity to escape into film – a world led by emotional power and resonance.

Enjoy the Corona Cork Film Festival.

Experience the Extraordinary.
