Born in India, raised in the former Czechoslovakia, living in Italy: Isa feels European. She decided to seek her roots in the Czech-German borderland, her childhood home.Edita was one of thirty seven Jews who came back after the war. Today, she is the last one alive. This film tells the story of an extraordinary encounter: two women, two completely different life paths, two views of one town. Their recollections give structure to a blend of historic and modern footage, where the past mingles with the present. The Director will introduce the screening.
