Italian footballer Carlo Petrini had the world at his feet. In 1968,at the age of nineteen, he was months away from making his first-team debut for AC Milan when he had his first horrific experience with doping.This set him on a downward spiral as he recollects his slide into illegal betting rings and his own personal involvement in fixed matches.

Petrini speaks about the scams employed by Juventus to avoid any disciplinary action and his involvement in political incidents that led to a long suspension and virtually finished his playing career.Submerged by debts with dangerous mobsters, Petrini was forced to flee abroad, until a tragedy occurred that changed his life forever.
