The Symposium held here in Cork October 6th to 8th, 2005 was a three-day gathering of the international short film community to allow for the collective development of ideas which would have a bearing on the future of the short.

For a media player on Internet Explorer

  • Look in the "Preferences" under "Recieving Files" -"File Helpers". Find the entry for .mp3 files in the list of helper applications and file extensions. Select the change option and under the "How to handle" menu select "Save to file/disk".

For Safari on Mac OSX
  • Find the media player plug ins eg, For Quicktime Player - drag QuickTime Plugin.plugin and QuickTime Plugin.webplugin from the internet Plug-ins folder to the desktop.
    (NB Don't delete these files you will have to place them back into the Internet Plug-Ins folder once the download is complete).
  • Restart your browser and navigate to this podcast page, then click on the podcast you want to download.
  • Once the mp3 file has downloaded place the QuickTime Plugin.plugin and QuickTime Plugin.webplugin back into the internet Plug-ins Folder and restart your browser.
