She lives on a staple diet of tea, biscuits and Countdown. The arrival of the intelligent goldfish shows the woman just what a hopeless situation she's in. |

| Armagh Gothic Ben Jones - 5mins When a freak accident, involving a sheep, disables a salesman's car outside an isolated farm in the Armagh countryside, the friendly old couple that occupy the farm invite him to stay for the night. Everything seems perfectly normal, save for the husband's constant tapping on the floor with a broom handle. When the electricity cuts out at breakfast the salesman shortly becomes all too aware of the reason for the husband's constant tapping. |

Ride Andy Tohill - 5mins Jeffrey Lockwood, minutes away from death, reviews his last day alive. A picture emerges of a pathetic, socially inept loser, who harbours dreams of a better life, but never quite fulfills them. He dies leaving a legacy to Big Phil - his most recent, and possibly only, friend and almost his saviour. |

| Rain Ryan Kernaghan - 5mins The story of a violent murder which the main character barely sees. Set largely on a train the story is concerned with perception on the part of those who observe. Seeing what appears to be a woman (carrying a lady's umbrella) pursued by a man (based again on the umbrella carried), the observer and the film audience constructs a vision of threat. Assuming, from the continued progress of the woman"s umbrella, that the threat is false the observer wrongly dismisses the vision. |

| Rick's Head Stephen McGeough -6mins Rick is an out of work actor with a passion and desire for all things Shakespearian. After yet another unsuccessful audition he has to accept that he will never get the chance to play the lead role in Hamlet - and takes his own life. Rick returns as a ghost and calls on his friend Sam. He persuades Sam to dig up his body, cut off the head, and boil the skull; thus helping Rick to achieve his lifelong dream and appear in Hamlet - as Yorick's skull. |

She thus awakens one morning to find a stranger in her bed... and by the next day finds herself married to this stranger and mother to his children. |
