We are delighted to present, in collaboration
with the Kimuak programme of the Basque Department
of Culture, a selection of the best Basque short
films of recent years.
Kimuak, meaning 'seedlings' in Basque, promotes
the language itself, but also art and the audiovisual
work of Basque filmmakers. These new seedlings
represent both future and innvoation and the celebration
of this audio-visual language.
The selection of short films you have before
you represents the best of two years of work.
