To mark the European Year of People with Disabilities, the forum will explore the opportunities open to disabled filmmakers in Ireland. John Madden and Kevin Murphy from the Walkinstown Association and Ann Marie Flanagan from Phrenz of the Media will discuss their experiences of planning and producing a short film or animation. This will be followed by a Question & Answer session, chaired by Stephen Moynihan, Outreach Officer with the Irish Film Institute. There will also be a screening of several short films made by disabled filmmakers.
